The second version of the Victoria table top is more minimalistic, retaining only the leaf’s structure, as if a horizontal cut had been performed, right beneath the lamina.
In order to balance the strong organic web like pattern of the Victoria leaf; a concrete base, inspired by brutalist architecture emerges from the ground.
Like three fingers from the palm of a hand, it holds the table top gently.
